HELPFUL HINT: Make photocopies of your park pass info E-mail

No matter how careful you are with your passes, there are always opportunities to lose them. The Fastpass system, for example, has become notorious as a pass "stealer", as guests often forget one or several of their park passes at the machine. Because of this potential, it's very important that you photocopy the codes off the backs of your passes as soon as you get them.

When you purchase your passes at a Disney Store or ticket window, the Cast Member will usually remind you to keep your receipt separate from the passes, just in case you lose your passes. However, what they don't tell you is that the paper and ink they use is very weak, and several months in a wallet may rub important info off your receipt. This is why it's very important to photocopy your receipt or the passes themselves onto quality paper and keep the copies in a safe place away from your passes.

If you ever do lose a pass, simply take your photocopied info to Guest Relations, and they'll take care of you real quick!
