Content and Photo Submission Guidelines
READ ME!
Do you have some news and/or photos of something new at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld? Would you like to write a review of a restaurant, attraction, or hotel? Send it in!
Here are the submission guidelines. Please read them carefully before sending your news, review and / or pictures. See also: Terms of Service | Privacy Policy
Please e-mail submissions to the NEWS, STORIES, PHOTOS or REVIEWS email link on the Contact Us page.
For REVIEW, CAST MEMBERS' / GUESTS' STORIES, and NEWS submissions:
- Put your text in the body of the email, not in an attached document
- Try to limit your text to 400 words or less!
- If submitting news, identify a source, whenever possible.
If you are attaching photos, see the guidelines below.
For PHOTO submissions:
- Use JPG Format.
- If you have captions or descriptions, be sure to identify which picture the text goes with!
- Don't send more than five (5) pictures or more than 5MB of pictures in a single e-mail. A good size for a single photo is 500x500 pixels.
- Send your photo as an attachment to the e-mail rather than embedded within the body.
- ADD:Information on when and where you took the picture(s)
IMPORTANT: By sending us your materials as instructed above, you certify that you are the author or sole owner of the material being submitted. You grant WDWdreaming.com permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. You also agree to indemnify WDWdreaming.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material.
We will notify you if your submission is used on WDWdreaming.com.
Due to the volume of emails received, we cannot respond to all submissions. Unused submissions will be discarded. Published materials may be removed, updated, or edited without notice. Acceptance and/or publication of submitted materials does not imply the author's employment or any official affiliation with WDWdreaming.com.
Pending further confirmation or evidence, we may tag your submitted news as a rumor. If we do, it will be accompanied by a message in a box like this one.
